The AABANY ADR Committee is a professional network for attorneys, non-attorneys, law school faculty and law students who are interested in the alternate dispute resolution area. 

Our goals are:

1. Collaborate with other AABANY committees and other bar associations to provide networking opportunities and social events for ADR practitioners, faculty, law students, attorneys and non-attorneys to network, interact, and exchange ideas.
2. Provide CLEs and training programs for those interested in becoming a neutral.
3. Promote and improve diversity, participation and inclusion of APA practitioners in the alternate dispute resolution area, including creating a pipeline of APA ADR practitioners.
4. Provide pro-bono service opportunities for its members to use their skills to serve the NYC communities, including at an AABANY mediation clinic.
