The primary purpose of the Career Advancement Committee is to help AABANY members throughout various stages of their careers. The Committee (i) matches qualified AABANY members with available legal positions; (ii) conducts the annual Diversity Career Fair; (iii) host various events to assist AABANY members with their careers that include but are not limited to resume workshops, mock interviews, panels discussing career paths, and dress for success events; and (iv) serves as a clearinghouse for legal positions brought to its attention.

AABANY members who are aware of open legal positions or who are actively seeking or considering seeking a new position are encouraged to contact Committee Co-Chairs.
