The Legal Referral and Information Service Committee ("LRIS Committee") is responsible for the overall management and operations of AABANY's Legal Referral and Information Service ("LRIS"), including, without limitation, for establishing the procedures, rules and practices of the LRIS, for developing requirements and any amendments thereto for empaneling attorneys in the several practice areas, for approving, rejecting, enforcing and compliance of the applications and agreements with any attorneys participating in the LRIS and of any procedure, rule or practice of the LRIS, and for any expenditures of funds budgeted for the LRIS.
