The Asian American Bar Association of New York (“AABANY”) Annual Meeting of Members (the “Annual Meeting”) will be held in person on February 9, 2026 at 7:00 pm ET at JAMS located at 620 8th Avenue, New York, NY 10018. There will be no generally available remote option for the Annual Meeting.

Every Active Member in good standing (as defined in AABANY’s by-laws) as of the Record Date shall be entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting.

Your vote is very important. We need a quorum to conduct the Election at the Annual Meeting, and your proxy ballot will help us attain the necessary quorum. All members eligible to vote will be receiving an email with a link to cast their proxy vote online.

If you plan to attend the Annual Meeting in person, register on this page by no later than Feb. 7, 2026.
