With antisemitic incidents in K–12 schools rising at alarming rates, New York City school leaders are facing unprecedented legal and educational challenges. This timely program brings together leading experts to examine the surge in antisemitism in New York City and across the country to discuss how schools can respond effectively and lawfully. Participants will gain practical insight into key federal protections, including Title VI of the Civil Rights Act and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as well as real-world case studies and proactive prevention strategies.
