Curious about what a career in corporate law career looks like?  Interested in learning what it takes to be a star corporate lawyer?  Please join AABANY SOC’s Students Meet Mentor Series: What is Corporate Law?  This is an excellent opportunity to hear from some of the leaders in the fields of M&A, finance, and capital markets legal work.  The panel will feature Ellen Ching (M&A partner, Paul, Weiss), Sartaj Gill (finance partner, Davis Polk), and Lillian Tsu (capital markets partner, Cleary), and will be moderated by Victor Roh and Sharon Yang.  All students are welcome! The panel will be held Thursday, January 12^th 2022, 5-6 PM ET.  

At the end of the panel, there will be a raffle event and a small gift for the lucky winner!
