This CLE will focus on the Social and Economic Equity provisions of the Marijuana Regulation and Taxation Act (MRTA) and will address the efforts to encourage racial, ethnic, and gender diversity in the cannabis industry. One CLE Diversity and Inclusion Credit will be provided.
