Yen-Yi Anderson
Ms. Anderson is the founder and managing principal of Anderson and Associates Law, P.C. She has extensive experience representing clients varying from corporations to individuals, many from a diverse range of industries such as the media, e-commerce and technology sectors. Ms. Anderson founded the firm with the mission to deliver zealous and individualized legal services to all clients.
During her extensive experience of practicing law, Ms Anderson has been widely recognized within the legal industry and the immigration bar for her achievements. In 2022, Ms Anderson was named by Super Lawyers as the “Top rated immigration attorney in New York, New York.” She was also selected by The New York Law Journal as a “Rising Star,” an award that recognizes top attorneys under the age 40. Ms. Anderson commits herself to the legal community, she is an active member in the American Immigration Lawyers Association ("AILA") and Asian American Bar Association of New York. She currently serves as the co-chair of the Member Engagement Committee of the New York chapter of AILA.

Pauline Yeung-Ha
Pauline Yeung-Ha is a Partner at the Grimaldi Yeung Law Group LLP. Ms. Yeung-Ha concentrates in the practice areas of Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Special Needs Planning.
Ms. Yeung-Ha is a member of the House of Delegates and the Vice President of the Second Judicial District of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA). She also serves as the President Elect on the Board of Directors of the New York Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA).
In 2022, Super Lawyers Magazine wrote an article about Ms. Yeung-Ha titled “Tomb Sweeping Day” explaining how to communicate with the Chinese community about the importance of being prepared for the day they cannot speak for themselves and to rid the taboo of speaking of death with family members.
Ms. Yeung-Ha regularly gives community seminars in Cantonese Chinese on a wide variety of elder law and estate planning topics.
She received her undergraduate degree from Vassar College and her law degree from St. John’s University School of Law, and is admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey.
Beatrice Leong
Beatrice is a solo practitioner who specializes in Matrimonial and Family Law, with her firm Law Office of Beatrice Leong, located in Midtown Manhattan.
She received her law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law, and her bachelor's from SUNY Binghamton, where she double majored in English Literature & Rhetoric and Asian & Asian American Studies.
Beatrice is the Co-Chair of the Pro Bono and Community Service Committee of AABANY and was the Co-Vice President of Programs & Operations of Asian American Bar Association of New York. She serves as a NAPABA Co-Chair of the Solo & Small Firm Network. Beatrice volunteers monthly at pro bono clinics in New York City and has earned three awards from AABANY for her service.
Beatrice frequently speaks and lectures on the topic of Divorce and Family Law -- on podcasts, in panels to college and law students, and in Continuing Legal Education classes for other lawyers. She began her professional career at an international corporate group, working as a legal assistant at Dewey, Ballantine, Bushby, Palmer and Wood. Prior to joining Anderson & Associates, LLP, as a paralegal, she worked in both consulting and education. She holds a Masters in Business Administration and a Masters in Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, she earned a Masters in English Education from Lehman College at the City University of New York.
Ms. Ureña is a native New Yorker who likes to cook and travel in her spare time.
