Join our panel of distinguished federal and state judges for a discussion about the interplay between state and federal rulings, including the general rules governing that interplay, the N.Y. Court of Appeals' recent answers to Certified Questions of Law from the Second Circuit, and regent decisions of interest from federal district courts in New York State."

The program is offered in person and virtually. Reception will begin at 4:15 p.m.
