The Museum of Chinese in America (MOCA) cordially invites you to a special conversation with Judge Denny Chin, United States Circuit Judge for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and Co-Director of the Center on Asian Americans and the Law and Lawrence W. Pierce Distinguished Jurist in Residence at Fordham Law School.

In this timely presentation, Judge Chin will explore pivotal historical U.S. legal cases involving Chinese Americans and their enduring impact on citizenship rights. Drawing upon his extensive judicial experience and expertise in historical case reenactments, Judge Chin will highlight how these significant legal precedents continue to shape American identity, civil rights, and immigration policy today.
