IP Skills Workshop (Part 2): Trademarks: Responding to a US Office Action

Details: “Ack! What do I do now? My Trademark Application Has Just Been Rejected!” This interactive workshop will provide an overview of the structure of an U.S. trademark application; common bases for a USPTO examiner to refuse registration of a trademark application; and strategies and hands-on skills for responding to some of these common grounds of rejection.
